This place features a spacious and modern bedroom, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a well-functioning walk-in shower.

We where at the triple room, it had panoramic view. That hotel was in an unbeatable and marvellous location, in perfect walking distance to city center😃

everything was perfect, unbeatable location really close to taxis, restaurants, and assisi, excellent experience. view of the valley was spectacular, the room was brand-new and beautifully designed. the bathroom was great-sized, included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. the service was exceptional with parking in the area.

The double room didn't look too great in the pictures, but it turned out to be quite modern. 😊.

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again, as it's conveniently located near restaurants and the main square.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate with stylish decor and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. The hotel also provided exceptional service, with the host going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center, and the basic amenities provided were in cool modern condition.

The place is located uphill, which makes it inconvenient, especially during the summer. There is little to no parking in the area. the accommodation lacks breakfast options, which can be a hassle for travelers who rely on early morning meals.

Our host was amazing! He gave us early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. The view from our room was breathtaking and we spent hours on the balcony soaking up the sun. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions. , the room was modern and very comfortable.

The cleaning of the room was only done every four days and with no option to clean it ourselves, this was a bit inconvenient. the towel dryer was not working which means the towels were always wet.

Spent Christmas at this amazing hotel! Loved the stunning view of the valley and the cozy balcony where I spent hours soaking up the scenery. the spacious room was stylish and impeccably clean and I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful hosts. the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning had an air filter which was really important to me. And the icing on the cake? the big bathroom and its perfectly working shower heads!

The uphill walk to the nearby square was a bit grueling for a lazy person like me, but I managed to eventually get there. the limited parking on the narrow street was a minor inconvenience, but it's not unique to this town.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are in cool modern condition and come with a spectacular view over the town. I especially loved the balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the wonderful view of Assisi. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the city center.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a gorgeous town. The host, Michele, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He arranged a taxi and was waiting to check us in. The room was spacious with a well-sized bathroom and the balcony had a spectacular view. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the city center and the Basilica of St. Francis.

All was great, nothing to improve.
